01The service
Ordren lets you describe a sourcing or hiring need in plain language, confirm a specification of requirements, and run research that finds candidate suppliers or people, reads their publicly available pages, and checks each requirement against quoted evidence. The service includes the requirements matrix, decision brief, shortlist, request-for-quote drafts, share links, exports, and related features described on the credits page in your account and at checkout.
The service is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time; material changes that reduce the core functionality of the service will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
02Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Ordren. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
03Free credits
New accounts receive 5 free credits so you can try the platform before buying credits. 5 credits cover one Quick run.
Free credits are promotional: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and we may change the free allocation for new signups at any time. Abuse of the free tier (for example, creating multiple accounts to accumulate free credits) may result in suspension.
04Purchases and billing
Credits are sold as one-off purchases, in packs or a custom amount. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Current prices are shown on the credits page in your account and at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect credits you have already bought. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
05Credits
Projects consume credits based on the depth of each run: a Quick run costs 5 credits and a Thorough run 20. After a completed paid run, up to 2 Quick reruns of a project are free when the brief has changed; Thorough runs are always charged. If a run is cancelled before any candidate was assessed, its credits are refunded. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
If you run out of credits, you can buy more at any time.
06Refunds
Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] and we will review it.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) probe, disrupt, or overload the service or circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions; (b) scrape or bulk-extract data from the service by automated means outside the features we provide; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing database or service; (d) reverse engineer the platform or its models; (e) submit unlawful content or use the service for unlawful purposes, including spam or harassment; or (f) share one account across multiple organizations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practicable.
08AI-generated content
Fit tiers, requirement checks, explanations, assessments, and other outputs are generated by AI systems working over public web data and other sources. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional, legal, financial, or procurement advice.
You are responsible for independently verifying any provider before entering into a business relationship, and for all decisions you make based on the service.
09Third-party providers
Ordren surfaces and evaluates third-party providers, but we are not a party to any transaction between you and a provider. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any provider, their services, or their conduct. Any contract you enter with a provider is solely between you and them.
10Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, briefs, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your prompts are not used to train shared models without your explicit consent.
11Our intellectual property
The service, including its software, models, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business or personal purposes while your account is in good standing. No other rights are granted.
12Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data, and our handling of platform and provider data, are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to it.
13Availability
We work to keep Ordren available and fast, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. We may perform maintenance, apply limits to protect the platform, or modify infrastructure at any time.
14Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where we terminate an account without cause, we will refund any unused purchased credits.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 8 through 11 and 15 through 17) survive.
15Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that outputs will be accurate or reliable.
16Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any third-party provider.
18Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give notice (for example by email or an in-product message) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
